By using FireEscapePlan.com (“the site”), you agree to these terms.

The service

The site lets you draw a floor plan and print fire escape plans. The free home plan is free to use. The full kit is a one-time purchase for one property and unlocks additional pages for that plan, which you can edit and reprint.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. If the kit does not work for your property, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Your plans

You own the plans you create. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the service. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is.” Plans and checks are generated from your input and general guidance and may not meet every requirement that applies to you. See the disclaimer. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
